Honouring Our Past, Building Our Future
For over six decades, the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors (AORS) has been dedicated to advancing the professionalism of Ontario’s municipal public works. From its humble beginnings to becoming a province-wide network of over 2,000 members, AORS has grown through the dedication, leadership, and passion of countless individuals who have worked tirelessly to keep our communities safe, connected, and moving.
As Past President Paul Dalton once said, “The future is bright for AORS”. As we look forward to the continued growth and evolution of our association, it’s equally important to pause and reflect on the journey that brought us here—the people, the innovations, and the shared commitment to excellence that built the foundation of AORS, and more importantly, our local associations. This archive celebrates our rich history, preserving the memories, milestones, and moments that have shaped who we are today.
