Join Us for the 2025 AORS Annual Supplier / Director Meeting – A Unique Opportunity to Collaborate
The Association of Ontario Road Supervisors (AORS) is pleased to invite our valued supplier members to the Annual Supplier / Director Meeting, taking place on Thursday, September 11, 2025. This year’s meeting will be hosted by Cyrus Rife, CRS-I, AORS 1st Vice-President, and promises to be an engaging and productive day of connection, collaboration, and conversation.
This annual event is an excellent opportunity for supplier members to share their ideas, opinions, and suggestions directly with the AORS Board of Directors and Staff. Whether it’s feedback on programs, ideas for improving services, or ways to enhance partnerships, this meeting offers a one-on-one platform for open and collaborative discussion.
As an organization that represents the interests of both municipal public works professionals and the suppliers who support them, AORS recognizes the importance of working together to better serve Ontario’s municipalities. Your input plays a vital role in helping shape the direction of our programs and partnerships.
Following the meeting, attendees can choose from two optional afternoon activities:
🏌️♂️ A round of golf with fellow members and directors (registration form linked – remember to complete the second page for golf!)
🛍️ An afternoon tour of the St. Jacobs and Elmira region, known for its charming shops, markets, and countryside (registration form linked)
Note: You must register by September 1, 2025 for the golf or tour!
Need accommodations? A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites Waterloo St. Jacobs for attendees of the AORS Annual Meeting.
