Below you will find all current Exhibitor Information relating to the 2027 AORS Annual Municipal Works Trade Show held in St. Thomas, Ontario on June 2-3, 2027.

BOOTH INFORMATION
The show is already over 60% sold out! If you would like to reserve a booth when there are no available locations on the map, please contact the AORS office directly.
The booth layouts can be found here. Booths marked in red are already reserved; click on a booth to see by which company.
To reserve one or more booths, please complete the booth application form. Booths will be invoiced in December 2026. All reservations made after January 1, 2027 are payable upon confirmation of the reservation and receipt of invoice. Registration is not complete until payment is received. All payments will be forfeited if space is cancelled after February 28, 2027. Cancellations prior to February 28, 2027 will be subject to a $100 administration fee.

STAFF BADGES
Pre-registration for exhibitor trade show badges will be available in Spring 2027. There is no limit to the number of staff you can sign up.

BACK FOR 2027!We are excited to have the return the demo area for exhibitors to enhance their experience at AORS and get their products in front of potential customers:
- BATTERY DEMONSTRATION AREA – Located in the grassy area west of Caso Xing, we will be having a battery demonstration booth for exhibitors to have customers use their products hands-on.
- NEW PRODUCT FEATURE – Are you a new exhibitor, or have you released a new product and/or service since the 2026 AORS Municipal Public Works Trade Show? Sign up to have special signage to guide exhibitors to your booth at the trade show!

GOLF INFORMATION
The Ross McKenzie Memorial Golf Tournament will be held June 1, 2027 at the Tarandowah Golfers Club. To register for golf, and for more information, please visit the Ross McKenzie Memorial Golf Tournament page.

BOOTH FURNISHINGS AND TENT RENTALS
BOOTHS ARE UNFURNISHED. If you require a table and chairs, AORS will be offering a PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE on booth furnishings. At time time, this is a promotion offered to indoor exhibitors only. More information will be available in early 2027.
For outdoor exhibitors, tent rentals will be available. Please note most outdoor booths are on asphalt and no stakes are allowed. More rental details will be available in early 2027.
EQUIPMENT WASHING / DETAILING
Equipment washing and/or detailing will be provided at an additional cost for exhibitors. It is highly recommended to sign up in advance here to have your name added to the list of exhibitors requiring equipment washing. You may sign up the day of set-up on site, however, those who pre-register will be given priority service.
HYDRO SERVICE
Hydro is supplied to indoor booths only; please bring your own extension cord. If your display draws more than a nominal load, please contact us to ensure it can be accommodated. Outdoor exhibitors may only run a generator with prior written permission and may be required to relocate to a location where the generator will not interfere with other exhibitors, if available.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Pre-registration will be available in Spring 2027! You may also register on-site at the Registration Area when you arrive at the trade show after 8:00am starting on Tuesday June 1st.
If you would like to invite customers, potential clients, or guests to the show, it is complimentary and open to the public. Please share the above link with them so that they can also pre-register before they arrive. On-site registration will also be available upon arrival at the main entrance.
EXHIBIT INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING
A reminder that installation of exhibits must take place on Tuesday, June 1st, 2027, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Exhibits may not be dismantled until after 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 3rd, 2027.

For equipment or materials to be delivered directly to the venue, please ship them to the attention of _________ at the Joe Thornton Community Centre 75 Case Xing, St. Thomas ON, N5P 3V7. For additional questions, you can contact _____ via phone or email. Please mark shipments with AORS Trade Show, your company name and booth number, and a contact phone number. Deliveries will only be accepted starting June 1st, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
HELP US PROMOTE THE TRADE SHOW
We encourage you to post on your website and social media, and email to your customers inviting them to attend the show. Please hyperlink it to the AORS website trade show page: http://aors.on.ca/events/aors-trade-show/, and remind them to pre-register. Be sure to include your booth number when sending the invitation.

SUPPLIERS APPRECIATION NETWORKING EVENT
As in previous years, we’d like to show our gratitude to the exhibitors with a special networking event. Please join us after the Trade Show on Wednesday, June 2nd, from 3 to 6 pm, for refreshments and appetizers. Each exhibitor will receive 2 complimentary drink tickets per booth, up to a maximum of 4 per exhibitor; A cash bar will also be available. Feel free to invite your customers to join you.
