Hydro is supplied. Bring an extension cord.
No carpet or furnishings are included. Rentals will be available.

OUTDOOR BOOTHS: Number of Spaces Required*

Size: 20' x 30' (6m x 9m)
Cost per space:
$1,250 + HST (AORS member companies)
$1,800 + HST (Non-members)
No hydro supplied.
Tent rentals available.

Terms

You will be invoiced in December. Payment must be made by December 31, 2026, or your booth choice may be forfeited.

All payments will be forfeited if space is cancelled after February 28, 2027. Cancellations prior to February 28, 2027 will be subject to a $100 administration fee.

PLEASE NOTE THE ITEMS BELOW

1. The Elgin County Municipal Supervisors Association and AORS will not be liable for damages resulting to or from your display. Each exhibitor may be required to supply proof of 2 million dollars liability insurance with the City of St. Thomas, Elgin County Municipal Supervisors Association and the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors added as additional insureds for the duration of the Trade Show. (Tuesday June 1, 2027 through Thursday June 3, 2027).

2. In the event of conflicts regarding space or conditions beyond its control, the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors reserves the right to revise the floor plan including relocation of any and all previously assigned booths.

3. More information regarding the show will always be posted at https://aors.on.ca/events/aors-trade-show. Check regularly for updates, especially closer to the show dates.

4. The exhibitor acknowledges they have read, understand, and will comply with the Terms & Conditions of the show, and will require their employees and agents to comply with the Terms & Conditions.
